01Do you take reservations for groups or events?
Yes! Book online from the Reservations page or message us on WhatsApp. For groups over 20 people or private events, contact us 48 hours in advance.
02Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we deliver across the National District and parts of Santo Domingo Este and Norte in 30-60 minutes. Order from the online menu and track it in real time.
03Do you have vegetarian or allergy-friendly options?
Each dish shows whether it is vegetarian, gluten-free or contains allergens. Let us know about any allergy when you order.
04What payment methods do you accept?
Cash in RD$ and US$, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, bank transfers and loyalty points. Delivery orders can be paid on delivery.
05How do D'Chicho points work?
You earn 1 point for every RD$ 100 spent. From 100 points you can redeem them for discounts or free dishes. Create an account to start earning.
06Do prices include taxes?
Menu prices do not include the 18% ITBIS tax or the 10% table service charge, which are added to the bill by law.
