1. Acceptance
By using the website, the QR menu or online ordering of D'Chicho Restaurant & Grill you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Orders and prices
Prices are in Dominican pesos (RD$). ITBIS (18%) and, when applicable, the 10% legal service charge are shown before you confirm. An order is accepted once the restaurant confirms it; we may decline it if a dish sells out or the address is outside our delivery areas.
3. Promotions and coupons
Each coupon states its minimum amount, validity and channels. They cannot be combined unless stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Rewards program
Points are earned on paid purchases, have no cash value and may expire under the program rules in force.
5. Liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable.
